NON-RESIDENT Feedback Form

This form is intended for participants who do not live or own a business in the City of Penticton. If you do live or own a business in the City of Penticton, please complete the form for residents. Both forms include the same questions and all feedback will be reported and considered equally.  

The City has received an application to develop 1050 Spiller Road as a single family subdivision. The plans submitted propose to develop 112 single family lots, varying from 0.5 acres to 1.5 acres in size. An amendment to the City’s Official Community Plan (OCP) is required to change the future land use designations on the property to be primarily ‘Rural Residential’ and allow for 0.5 acre lot sizes. Given that this proposal would require a change to the OCP, the City would like to ensure members of the community are aware of the application and have the opportunity to learn more and share their views on the proposal before it is considered by Council. Residents are invited to review information about the proposal and complete this feedback form before Sunday, July 3, 2022.
