2025 Budget Talks

The draft 2025-2029 Financial and Corporate Business Plan is ready for you to review. Residents and businesses interested in learning more about the budget and sharing their feedback will have the following opportunities during the public consultation period which runs from October 15 through to end of day on November 6. See the details for these events in the Key Dates section.

How do I participate?

• Read about the key components from the introductory presentation to Council delivered at the meeting on Oct. 15
• Read the full draft 2025-2029 Financial Plan and proposed 2025 Budget
• Review the 2025 Budget Handout for a quick synopsis
• Ask your questions in the Q&A and they will be answered by a member of the Finance team.
• Drop by the Council Open House on October 29 at the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre between 4 pm and 7 pm to meet with Council and share your thoughts with staff.
• Once you have reviewed the materials and asked your questions, complete a form to share your feedback about the budget between October 15 – November 6.
• Hear a report on the budget feedback and watch Council Budget Deliberations between November 19-21.
