UPDATE: Thank you for participating in the survey. Results are now available and were reviewed at the Aug. 1 Council Meeting and shared with staff in preparation for the 2024-2028 Financial Plan.

The City regularly conducts a community-wide survey to benchmark our performance, invite feedback on the services we provide and gather input on future plans and decisions. The information we collect is shared with Council, staff and the public.

Residents are invited to complete the survey and share their feedback by end of day on June 30, 2023. The survey will take about 10 minutes.

All participants have the option to be entered in a draw with a chance to win one of ten $100 gift cards for a Penticton business.
