Wastewater Solids Handling review completed

The review of 23 options for handling the City’s wastewater solids has been completed. The review recommends replacing the current compost site at the Campbell Mountain Landfill with a new, enclosed compost site that meets provincial regulations and reduces odour at the site. You can read pros and cons of each of the shortlisted options in the full report that was shared with Council on August 20. A decision will be made on the findings during the budget process this fall.
