OCP Amendment: 434 Lakeshore Drive West Survey
434 Lakeshore Drive W is currently designated Low Density Residential, which allows for low-density residential development generally up to 3 storeys, such as a house (single detached dwellings) with or without secondary suites or carriage houses, duplexes, or townhomes. The City has received a request to change the land use to High Density Residential, which would allow for high-density residential development up to 6 storeys, such as townhomes and low-rise and mid-rise apartments.
