Preferred Route Feedback: Resident/Business on Affected Streets

This form is for property owners, residents and businesses located along the proposed preferred route. The City would like to understand how you may be affected by the proposed location of the route. Please take a few minutes to review the materials and videos on this page to get up to speed on the project and then complete this form by October 18, 2020. The information gathered will be used to confirm the location of the route and will be considered in the detailed design if the project moves ahead. All completed forms will be entered in a draw for an e-bike to be awarded at the end of the project.
