Design Guidelines Feedback
A team from MODUS Planning, Design & Engagement worked with the OCP Task Force, the local design community and City staff to develop guidelines to shape the look and feel of the development in the community in the future. Guidelines were created for Intensive Residential, Multi-Family Residential, Downtown, Commercial/Mixed Use, Hillside and Heritage. Review the guidelines and let us know if they are heading in the right direction. Feedback will be received until Oct. 31. (Date revised from Sept. 28.)
