One of the advantages of life in the Okanagan-Similkameen is the convenience of flying for business, work or pleasure through the Penticton Airport. Air Canada Express recently announced some changes to their Vancouver routes at the Penticton Airport that may affect the service travellers' enjoy.

The City of Penticton and the Regional District of Okanagan Similkameen would like to better understand what these changes mean to travellers and if there are any flight needs not being met by the current service. Please take 10 minutes to complete the following survey. Feedback will be collected until April 7 and the results will be shared through this site.

Air Canada Express recently announced changes to their service to Penticton beginning May 1 including:
The aircraft will be changed to the larger Q400 which has improved reliability during periods of inclement weather, particularly during the winter months.
Penticton will have three daily flights with Air Canada in the larger Q400 aircraft. The 6 am
departure from Penticton, and the 10:50 pm arrival from Vancouver will be removed from the schedule.
