The City of Penticton’s Electric Utility is interested in providing you with the best possible level of service. As our community grows, and demand for electricity climbs, the Utility is committed to staying one step ahead to ensure services remain sustainable to meet demand and ensure grid reliability.

The City is issuing this questionnaire to assess the community’s understanding of its residential electrical services, as well as overall satisfaction rate. We’d also like to assess whether community members are interested in taking steps to reduce electrical use at home and save on bills. The questionnaire will be available until September 30, 2024.
