    Between Feb. 21 and 23, the City will share the proposed five-year financial plan with Council. Public comments are scheduled at the start of Feb. 21 and public question periods will be held at the end of each day. Can't attend the 2017 Budget Talks? Leave your questions here.     At the drop-in sessions held in early October, citizens had many questions about topics in addition to infrastructure. These questions are being assigned to the appropriate departments and answers will be published here. (Check the FAQs to see some of the first questions.) Below is a list of the questions that are being worked on:
