Utility Rate Review Survey

The City is reviewing its rates for the electrical, water and sanitary sewer utilities to determine what they need to be to properly fund the operation and maintenance of the utilities and sustain the infrastructure in the future. As a customer of the utilities, the City wants to make sure the review considers your interests. Please take a few minutes to complete the following survey and share your feedback. The survey will run from March 14 to April 3. By registering on shapeyourcitypenticton.ca and completing the survey, your name will be entered into a draw to have the City pay* your residential utility bill in May.

*To a maximum of $200 to be applied to an active residential utility account with the City of Penticton. One survey submission per shapeyourcitypenticton.ca account.
