The City has received an application for 791 and 799 Martin Street. The proposal consists of a 14-unit townhouse development that would allow four buildings in total (two 3-plex, and two 4-plex buildings) that are three storeys in height with private attached garages.

This proposal requires an amendment to the City’s Official Community Plan to change the future land use designation on the property from Detached Residential to Ground Oriented Residential. Residents are invited to review this information and share your feedback before July 30. Paper copies of the feedback form can be completed at the Penticton Public Library.

How can I participate?

  • Review the proposal materials and complete the feedback form below before July 30.

  • Attend the Open House on Tuesday, July 11 at the Penticton Library (Reading Room) from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

  • Register to attend the Online Info Session on Thursday, July 13 between 6 pm and 7 pm

  • Visit the City's booth at the Penticton Farmers' Market on Saturday, July 22 from 8:00 am to 11 am.
