OCP Amendment: 2490/2510 Government Street Survey

2490 and 2510 Government Street are currently designated Industrial which allows for light and heavy industrial uses characterized by goods production, manufacturing, distribution, and storage. The City has received a request to change the land use to Mixed Use to support residential units within the existing building.
