Feedback Form

The City has received an application to redevelop 435 Green Ave W as a multifamily residential development. The proposal consists of two, 6-storey rental apartment buildings with a total of 158 units in 1, 2, and 3 bedroom configurations. An amendment to the City’s Official Community Plan is required to change the future land use designation on the property from Detached Residential to Urban Residential to facilitate the proposed development. Given this proposed land use change, the City would like to understand if community members are open to a multifamily residential development at this location. Residents are invited to review information about the proposal and complete this feedback form before April 19.
