A team from MODUS Planning, Design & Engagement worked with the OCP Task Force, the local design community and City staff to develop guidelines to shape the look and feel of the development in the community in the future. Guidelines were created for Intensive Residential, Multi-Family Residential, Downtown, Commercial/Mixed Use, Hillside and Heritage. Review the guidelines and let us know if they are heading in the right direction. Feedback will be received until Oct. 31. (Date revised from Sept. 28.)

The City has been checking in with residents throughout the creation of the new Official Community Plan (OCP) to ensure the work is headed in the right direction. In this final phase, the City wants to confirm that residents are aware of and support some of the big ideas that are recommended in the plan. Please read the Executive Summary and complete this feedback form before June 23, 2019.
